Spinach Turkey Wraps

Here is the recipe for the Turkey Wraps that we had at the Visiting Teaching Luncheon. More recipes to come!

Turkey Wraps
2 lbs. shaved deli turkey breast
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cranberry sauce
1/2 small red onion, diced
lettuce (optional)
6 spinach wraps

Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over at least half of the wrap, add a layer of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle the diced red onions. Place turkey in the center of the wrap, add salt and pepper. Top with lettuce if desired. Fold the edges of the wrap and roll (like a burrito). Cut in half or in fourths, cover and chill until ready to serve. For best results, chill overnight.
