Peanut Butter/Chocolate Chip Brownies
2/3 C. sugar1/2 C. packed brown sugar
1/2 C. butter
2 Tbsp. milk
2 eggs
3/4 C. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 C. peanut butter
1/3 C peanut butter chips
1/3 C. cocoa
1/3 C chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9X9X2 square pan. In a medium bowl mix together sugars, butter, milk, and eggs. Stir in flour, baking power and salt. Then, divide the batter in half. In one half stir in peanut butter and peanut butter chips. In the other half, add the cocoa and chocolate chips. Spoon the chocolate batter into the pan in a checkerboard pattern. Add the peanut butter batter in between the chocolate mounds. Use a knife to swirl through the batter for a marbled design. Bake 30-35 minutes or until a fork comes cleanly out of the center. Let cool before cutting to serve.
